Bel-Air offers one- and two-bedroom units for families. The one-bedroom units are a great option for married couples without children; the three, two-bedroom units (reserved for students with children) are in high demand. These fully furnished apartments recently underwent a complete interior renovation, receiving new carpeting and window treatments, new paint and furniture, and remodeled bathrooms and kitchens. The building shares the laundry room behind the adjacent university-owned Regent Apartments; it also has a small carport in back—spaces are allocated by Transportation Services—that provides limited parking for residents. Bel-Air is only a five- to 10-minute walk north of campus.
