This residence hall was completed in 1968. It is named after John Burrus, the Second President of Alcorn State University.
It can house 300 upperclassmen and freshman females. Burrus is home of the A.S.U. Softball team.
Activities that occupants can participate in include: Breast Cancer Awareness week, Intramural sports, and Dances.
