Winship is a residence hall, built in 1963, that houses primarily students in their first two years of college. This building is located next to Walters Hall on the east side of campus, on South Candler Street. This building houses approximately 149 students and is staffed with a Senior Resident Advisor, a Resident Director, six Resident Assistants and a Judicial Representative. This building has a large lounge area and computer lab on the ground level as well. This building has two bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen and a lounge on each floor. The windows are approximately 6X6 feet in size. Each student is provided with an extra long twin bed/mattress, dresser, desk/shelf combo, chair, and closet. We recommend students purchase extra long sheets.
