McDonald Living and Learning Hall Abilene Christian University in Texas Gender: girls Stories: 3 McDonald Hall houses first-year women who wish to participate in a living and learning community.
McDonald's staff consists of a full-time Residence Director, part-time Assistant Director, 2 Resident Assistants, and office workers.
RAs are upper-level women who help students make a smooth transition from their freshman to sophomore year by helping them in various aspects of their college development.
Room and Lobby Areas:
McDonald Hall offers wireless connectivity.
Each room comes with the following: a twin bed, dresser, desk and vanity. Other items include: telephone service, voice mail service (answering machines are not needed), cable, and 1 Ethernet connection. All furniture provided in the rooms cannot be removed.
McDonald has a computer lab; lobby with big-screen TV, DVD home theater, and a pool table; vending area; kitchen; and a laundry facility.
Residence halls do not provide storage for residents. All boxes, luggage, and other items should be stored in each individual's room or in an off-campus storage facility.
This is a female-only residence hall. Males are welcome in our lobby until curfew but not allowed in the residence hall rooms (except during assigned visitation times).
